Acceptable Use Policy

1. Use of Nafsync

Nafsync is a dating service for Muslim adults and is intended for a genuine, personal search for a partner. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. You must provide accurate information about yourself and must not use Nafsync for purposes unrelated to genuine personal dating or getting to know other members.

2. Harassment and abusive behavior

You must treat other members with respect. The following behavior is not permitted:

• harassing, threatening, intimidating or repeatedly unwanted contact;
• insults, degrading or abusive behavior directed at another member;
• stalking or attempting to monitor another member's activities outside the normal use of the service;
• pressuring or coercing another person into communication, a relationship, sexual activity or any other personal interaction;
• continuing to contact a member after they have blocked you or clearly asked you to stop.

3. Hate speech and discrimination

You must not use Nafsync to promote hatred, hostility or discrimination against individuals or groups. Content or behavior targeting a person or group based on characteristics such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, sexual orientation, disability or other protected characteristics is not permitted when it is abusive, threatening or intended to demean or promote hostility toward that person or group.

4. Sexual and explicit content

Nafsync is strictly for adults, but sexually explicit content is not allowed. You must not upload, send, request or promote:

• pornographic or sexually explicit images, videos or other media;
• sexualized images of another person without their consent;
• requests for sexual services or sexual exploitation;
• content involving minors in a sexual context, including any attempt to solicit, produce, distribute or possess such content.

Any sexual content involving a minor is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the appropriate authorities where required.

5. Fraud, scams and deception

You must not use Nafsync to deceive, defraud or financially exploit another person. This includes:

• romance scams or attempts to obtain money, gifts or financial assistance through deception;
• fraudulent investment, cryptocurrency or financial schemes;
• requests for passwords, payment credentials, verification codes or other sensitive account information;
• false claims about your identity, circumstances, intentions or relationship with another person for the purpose of obtaining a benefit;
• using the service to facilitate money laundering, fraud or other financial crimes.

6. Fake profiles and impersonation

You must not create or operate a fake profile or impersonate another person, organization or public figure. Your profile must represent you accurately. You must not use another person's photos or personal information in a way that falsely suggests that you are that person.

You must not deliberately misrepresent your age or other important personal information in order to mislead other members.

7. Spam and commercial solicitation

Nafsync is not a platform for unsolicited commercial activity. You must not use the service to:

• send spam or repetitive unsolicited messages;
• promote products, services, businesses or external websites without our authorization;
• solicit donations, payments or financial contributions through deceptive or unsolicited requests;
• distribute referral links, affiliate links or promotional codes in a manner that constitutes spam;
• use automated accounts or messaging systems to contact other members.

8. Illegal and harmful activities

You must not use Nafsync to plan, facilitate, encourage or carry out illegal activities or activities that pose a serious risk of harm to another person. This includes threats of violence, exploitation, trafficking, coercion, extortion and other serious criminal activity.

Nafsync must not be used to arrange or facilitate the sale, distribution or acquisition of illegal goods or services.

9. Privacy and personal information

You must respect the privacy of other members. You must not collect, publish, distribute or use another person's personal information without an appropriate reason and, where required, their consent.

This includes attempts to obtain or expose private contact details, authentication credentials, financial information, private photographs or other sensitive information belonging to another member.

10. Abuse of the service

You must not attempt to interfere with or abuse Nafsync or its systems. This includes:

• attempting to gain unauthorized access to another account or to our systems;
• using bots, scripts or other automated methods to access or interact with the service without authorization;
• circumventing technical restrictions, security measures or account limitations;
• attempting to manipulate, exploit or abuse paid features, credits, matches, verification systems or other functionality;
• deliberately submitting malicious code, harmful files or other material intended to disrupt the service;
• creating multiple accounts to evade a suspension, ban or other enforcement action.

11. Media and AI-generated content

You are responsible for the photos, videos and other media you upload to Nafsync. You must have the necessary rights to upload and use the media.

Media must not contain prohibited, illegal, abusive or sexually explicit content. You must not deliberately use AI-generated or manipulated media to hide your real appearance or materially mislead other members about who you are.

Reported media may be reviewed by our moderation team and may be removed if they violate this policy or our Terms of Use.

12. Reporting violations

If you believe another member is violating this policy, you can report them through the reporting functionality available in Nafsync. You can also block a member at any time.

When making a report, please provide accurate information and do not use the reporting system to harass, threaten or deliberately make false allegations against another member.

13. Enforcement

We may review reported content or behavior and take appropriate action when we determine that this policy or our Terms of Use has been violated. Depending on the circumstances, we may remove content, issue a warning, restrict features, temporarily suspend an account or permanently ban an account.

We may also take action when necessary to protect members, our service or third parties, or when required by applicable law. A suspended member may contact support if they believe the action was made in error.
