Child Safety Standards
Nafsync has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation.

Nafsync is a dating app strictly for adults (18 and over), for Muslim adults, where compatibility between profiles is assessed by artificial intelligence. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) content and any behavior that endangers minors. This page describes our standards in line with Google Play's child safety requirements.
1. Adults-only app (18 and over)
Signing up for Nafsync is not allowed for minors. A date of birth is required when creating an account, and access is denied to anyone under 18. Our target audience declaration on Google Play is set to "18 and over" and blocks users identified as minors. Any account that turns out to belong to a minor is removed immediately.
2. Strictly prohibited content and behavior
The following are strictly prohibited on Nafsync, without exception:
- any child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE) content, including images, videos, text or drawings;
- nudity and any sexually explicit content;
- any attempt to connect with a minor, grooming, or otherwise endangering a child;
- impersonation and fake profiles.
3. Prevention and moderation
To prevent the spread of prohibited content:
- all added photos are automatically scanned on upload; sexual or inappropriate content is rejected;
- reported media are manually reviewed by our team;
- conversations may be reviewed when reported, in order to enforce our rules.
4. Reporting and blocking
Every user can, at any time and directly in the app, report a profile, media item or message, and block another user. Reports related to child safety are handled as a priority.
5. How we handle reports
We review reports as quickly as possible. When content or behavior breaks our child safety rules, we remove the content, suspend or permanently delete the responsible account, and keep the evidence needed for any report to the competent authorities.
6. Legal compliance
We cooperate with the relevant authorities and organizations and report child sexual abuse content in line with applicable laws. Nafsync is committed to following Google Play's policies against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).
